SUMMER SESSIONS
Basic techniques are taught through artistic projects. Drawing, painting, pastel, collage, print making and 3-projects are all available.
We will be exploring composition, color theory, introduction to great artists past and present, realism, conceptional work and much more, all with the emphasis on giving the students the tools they need to express themselves visually.
At times, weather and interest permitting, we will travel to various sites, parks, local beaches etc.. to explore "Plein Air" sketching and painting in natural environments.
Class sizes are small with normally no more 6 students. We work with a variety of mediums and cover subject matters that are of interest to the students.
Classe are 2-hour long and the cost for the week, Monday thru Friday is $400.00
Basic materials are supplied and included in price.
Two time slots are available: 10am-12pm or 1pm -3pm
Running all summer long. (some exceptions may apply)
Sessions will be taught by myself and my daughter Rebecca Ross, professional illustrator with a BFA from Pratt Institute.
